Condon Engineering, P.C. provides site engineering services for projects ranging from residential plot plans to large multi-acre commercial, condominium developments and subdivisions. We are familiar with the codes of local municipalities throughout Long Island and can provide a feasible design for the most complex properties with difficult topography and zoning constrictions.

Condon Engineering, P.C. also provides services for every aspect of site development projects. In addition to site engineering, we provide structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering services related to the on-site buildings. This eliminates the need for additional engineering consultants and associated coordination. Condon Engineering also has a working relationship with several land surveying and landscape architectural firms located on Long Island and can provide land-surveying and landscaping services necessary for the development of site plans.
